1. Refunds:
These products are non-refundable:
– Downloadable content
– Gift Vouchers or Coupons
– Services
– Perishable goods such as food and beverages, consumables and farm produce.
– Transportation that has already been dispatched
Refunds are processed through our payment gateway with PayChangu, they are processed after receipt and 2093 review of the product in question.

2. Returns
You cannot return perishable goods such as food and beverages, consumables and farm produce.
For Electronics, they must be returned within 24 hours of receipt of the item and for factory defects only. They must be returned in the original packaging and without any damage.
For cars, they cannot be returned after delivery. A test drive may be done on delivery where the buyer can present reservations and choose a refund. After delivery the car cannot be returned.
3. Fair Usage
No hate speech or explicit language. No Discrimination or racism. No inappropriate, morbid, sexually explicit or illegal content. 2093 reserves the right to modulate and regulate all content on 2093.
